Wheelchair Access
​

The car parking area has a gently sloping paved path down to the front door which is wide enough for a wheelchair to access.  The whole house, apart from the master suite upstairs, is on one level, as is the terrace, the outside dining area and shaded seating area.  There is one small threshold step from each of the rooms on to the terrace. The pool would be more difficult to access as there are uneven steps down to it.

No parties/events

 

No smoking in the villa.  You are welcome to smoke on the terrace but please be aware that we are surrounded by woodland which can catch fire very easily.  Always extinguish your cigarettes in an ashtray and do not throw them into the bushes.

 

Pets are welcome upon request only.  There will be an extra charge for cleaning.  No pets allowed on beds, sofas or upstairs in the master suite.
