Included:

• Our House Manager will greet you on arrival.  We can send you a list of our favourite restaurants if required once you have booked.

• There will be a complimentary bottle of chilled local rosé waiting for you in the fridge.

• Cleaning at the end of each week/your stay.

• Crisp white bed linen on all the beds.

• Fresh white towels and flannels.

• Pool towels.

• Liquid soap in all bathrooms.

• Wifi.

• TV & DVD player with Orange internet.

• Use of DVDs, board games, books, etc.

• Air-conditioning and electric ceiling fans in each bedroom except the bunk bedroom (plug-in fans there).

• Hairdryers in all bathrooms.

• Electric heating in all rooms in Winter.

• A basket of logs for the wood burning stove in Winter.

Not Included:

• Additional cleaning which can be arranged.

• Pool heating which is charged at £250 per week High Season, £300 per week Mid Season and £350 per week Low Season.  In high summer pool heating shouldn't be needed.

Booking Requirements:

• 25% Non-refundable deposit required to secure your booking.

• Final balance required 8 weeks before arrival.

• £1000 refundable damages deposit required in addition to the final balance.

• Bookings must be from Friday to Friday.
